| Parque Espana is a very family oriented hotel. The design is simple thus, making its facilities easily accessible to my children. The Staff are very supportive, giving them the feeling that they’re safe whenever they are in this hotel. The Staff are always smiling that it make somebody feel welcome, comfortable and not feeling threatened. All I can say is don’t change, keep everything simple but give the best you can offer.
